Good people are hard to find and Igor at Freshwater Exteriors is most definitely one of the good ones. I have worked with many vendors for the past few decades on the properties that I manage in San Diego and nobody has worked harder, been more fair with his price, and had such attention to detail as Igor. Will definitely be coming to him again for his services. We hired him to power wash our 2 story building and wash the windows. Everything turned out great.

We had a leaking gutters that had a lot of debris in them. They came over to clean them at the day and time specified, so we didn't need to be waiting for them to arrive. They also pointed a problem that had to be corrected for the water to drain properly.
When they were almost done, it started raining while the y we fixing the leaky junctions, they told me that if they the gutters would still continue to leak, they would come back to address the problem.
When I called them because of two small leaks, they came over the next day to fix them!

We called Igor out to clean the interior and exterior of the windows on our home, he did a tremendous job and was very conscientious of furnishings that we had and even made great suggestions and recommendations for other methods and strategies for cleaning our driveway and pressure washing and ongoing maintenance ideas. He's a great resource and he will hear from us again he did a great job.

Igor with Freshwater Exteriors was great! He thoroughly cleaned my gutters, repaired the leaks, and changed the angle of the of one of gutters for better draining. Igor was very personable and honest. I thought that I would need a new gutter system, but he assured me that I was good to go with what I had in place. I'm very happy with the services provided and I'm glad I chose to use them!

Freshwater exteriors original came to my house to install a new rain gutter in a difficult location. After the incredible work Igor did installing the new gutter we had him come back and install gutter guards and clean all our windows inside and outside. The work was excellent in all aspects and his pricing is fair. He is also a really nice guy in general and enjoyable to be around. I will be using him again for any future work!!

The whole process from scheduling to actual appointment was very smooth. Our windows look fabulous, we are setting them up with regularly scheduled washes.
